Scary hours @ Hospital

My feet trembled as I passed few hours at the hospital, a place where I hate to go. Scenes at the hospital shook me completely!!! Cries, wounds, blood, lifeless body and much more.....

“Oh please Dad, everyone drives bike these days. Why Can’t I? You said you will give a gift if I clear my engineering entrance exam. I cleared it, so please, now get me a bike?”

“O.K son!! I will buy one for you. I have no issues. The reason I’m resisting it because I know you drive rash.”

“I PROMISE, I won’t drive rash.”

“Hmmm.. O.K. I will get it for you”

“Thanks Dad. You are great. Love you”

“Son?“

“Yea dad”

“We love you. Never forget that”

“Vrooooommmmmmmmmmm. Here I go.....Wow. What a bike. What a pick up. Dad has picked up a good running machine for me. I love it.” said Son.

Flashlight. Dipper. Banging horns. An overloaded tanker came chasing by.

One hit.

One accident.

One call “your son met with an accident”

Father lost hopes.

Mother fainted.

As family was poor so son was admitted to a government hospital. Doctors, nurses, everyone tried their best to save him.

And finally Son is saved.

Son is breathing.

Son is free from injuries.

Son can listen.

Son’s metabolism is working fine.

Just- He can’t drive his bike. As he can’t afford to move, he is in coma state, since past 7days.

“I’m going for the bank work. Taking scooter.” said Husband.

“O.K, do take your helmet, police is keeping a strong eye these days” said wife.

“Oh dear, bank is just a lane away, don’t need the helmet”

One careless drive in one’s own locality and then suddenly a speedy swift takes over, suddenly changes its lane, comes in front of scooter, and put its brakes. Scooter smashes inside. Brain hit the road.

One hit.

One accident.

One call “your husband met with an accident”

As it was an accidental case so husband was rushed to the Government hospital. Luckily his head injury though looked serious but wasn’t. But if it would have been then there was a reason to worry as he got his C.T scan after 6hours of his accident. Mind it. Indian Government hospital!! But mind it too that for any head injury, CT scan is an immidieate need.

“It’s feels great to be with you” said newly wedded bride.

“Yea, by God’s grace finally we together. I promise to love you and stay with you forever” said Groom.

Two months passed. Couple had just returned from their sweet honeymoon and husband was going to the market to collect his honeymoon photographs on his newly R15 bike which he got as his wedding gift. He did nothing but just made speeding needle to touch 80Kmps.

Bike skid. He lost control.

One hit.

One accident.

One call “your husband met with an accident”

Again an accidental case, so he too was rushed to the government hospital. This time, it was the case off severe head injury. And so after two days, bride had to leave her bright red saree and had to come to the hospital to watch her husband’s lifeless body.

Readers, my only one request to you all- DRIVE SAFE!! Not for yourself, but for your close ones. I guess this reason should be enough to make you all realize that you should drive safely.

And my another request is to the government- kindly uplift the facilities and staff of the government hospitals.
