When lost were my steps,
To chase my chosen desire,
You silently stepped into the soul,
Deposing me off my breath.
Poured another irresistible urge,
This was compulsive when I discovered.
I call it my second chase,
Running without delay inside my head.
So now I say,
Mind battles it out, this game of chase,
Where one is mine,
But second, owes only to you.
Do I have a choice left with me?
To pick between any of the two,
You elicited my energy,
Pushed me to give space even to you.
My old inclination tried to adjust with you,
But you dominated it with your own rule.
I tried to bind this truth that exchange blows,
Making me feel misplaced in the horde.
So now I say,
Mind battles it out, this game of chase,
Where one is mine,
But second owes only to you.
With two destination to acquire with single path,
I hunt for the help around,
But find my adversary ready to slash my flesh,
So I decide to reach the end all alone.
Hope still knocks my doors,
then I take hold of my own soul.
Prepare myself to lay bare my power,
And acquire all that I once desire.
So now I say,
Mind wins this game of chase.
Conquering its own crave,
Along with that second chase...

Two destinations , single path. . and the dilemma makes us end nowhere close to where we want.. Why not make one of them as the companion to achieve the other one? :)
