it's a New Year day

Good Morning, Good Afternoon and a very Good Evening people!!

Hey fellas, Happy New Year to everyone. I know its bit too late for me to wish now, I’m sorry, but hey isn’t that great that you guys have someone to say to you, at this very moment - happy new year while four  months have already been passed J hope you all smiled while reading this :D

Well at 1st January of this year, you all must have wished each other with loads of wishes, beautiful greets and blessings. Must have planned yourself with few New Year resolutions too, so now I take this opportunity to ask you all, how this new year actually going for each one of you?
Because this is really important, or I would rather say it’s more logical and ethical for all of us to keep a check with each other to know how each year is going for our dear and close ones rather than just wishing them on 31st December and then hardly care to know how their life is going.

So I have my list of updates to share:

Well 2011 started not so good for me. It was tiring, hectic and above all very irritating. I was wondering on 1st January morning that what’s so new about it; except the fact that a mere date has changed where year has been incremented by one. A night before this New Year started, situations were such that everyday used to make me feel more bad and sorrowful and still the same. So where is the ‘New’ factor? Well, managing your life at the moment when your life is going disarray is really important and challenging. And don’t be afraid of taking life’s challenges as it’s truly said somewhere that
“To have fear means, that I’m danger to myself as well as to others”

So come on, don’t be afraid of your fear. Throw it away.

My life which was going through a rough phase made me feel depressed. I even stopped writing. I thought writing is no more in me. I was under depression. But then I thought, processed my negative thoughts and after interrogating myself, I came to a conclusion that ‘if writing is no more in me then how come each day, every second I think about it. May be because my state of mind isn’t good and I might not come up with good great sentences and vocab but does that mean I stop writing, NO, hell NO!! Writing is something I love the most, it’s my passion, my life. So finally today I break through my junked cage of thoughts where I  ceased my writing and here I hit my first post of this New Year.

I’m happy. Well I agree my level of writing has dipped because of the stress but hey my readers, I promise you all, I will keep up and will be back again with a bang. I know you all are with me. Aren’t you?
Well, as I crushed few negative thoughts among the millions that right now travel inside my mind, I want you all to do the same. For those of you whose life is also going through many twists and turns and each day you feel like banging your head over the wall, feel infinitely frustrated, think that no one is there beside you or sense the heat of anger accumulating inside your heart that is on the verge to explode, then for you all, I want to say,

I have the faith that your life gonna shine soon, when you all can handle this kind of maddening life at this very moment, then you are the champions like our Indian cricket team which came out with flying colours and made us proud; and so am I proud of you all and your door of happiness would be knocked soon.

Don’t give up.
Don’t be afraid.

Live each moment. Grab out the opportunities. Don’t feel sooo low low, you may feel low though :D
Keep smiling. This is life, sooner or later it will be beautiful as always remember,
Life is beautiful :)
And you are never alone. The great God is always beside you in some or the other disguise.

So today is the New Year day for all the ones who are facing the tough time, cheers to this hardworking gang who still stands up and fight against the hard-hitting time, I’m too in it. And we take the resolution that we will keep fighting until we win.

Regards,
Aditi

  1. Firstly! "A Happy New Year to you too".
It was a great post. It had the great truths of life.
We all wish each other blessing for the year and make many new year resolutions on the 1st of jan. But as the year approaches ahead, most of us tend to follow a different path.

Your post gave us an chance to go back to the 1st of jan. and recollect all those resolutions that we planned to achieve during this year.
And now as we have recollected our resolutions we can start to find the desired path which we lost and give our best to follow it again.

It was a great experience Aditi to look back and see ourself on the 1st of Jan.
I wish you "A Happy New Year" again and may you accomplish all your resolutions you made and also keep writing to your very best.

  4. 'Hi' there,

I'm sure you know but I'm not sure about everyone else that the day you posted this article is also the 'Telugu New Year Day' !!!

Yea, that's true that most of us take resolutions every year but we hardly ever stick to them. It happens with me too. To tell you the truth, it happens with me every year. So this year I decided not to take any resolutions (which I guess is a resolution in itself) and see where my takes me this year...[geeky talk alert] live life on the fly. And considering the progress so far, I think I'm doing pretty good. :-D

Hope this (Telugu) new year starts and remains good for you too!

    Regards,
    Kuber.

  5. Just a random thought or rather a silly question...I don't know even if it makes proper sense or not but still what the heck!
Well the question is according to you does taking a resolution count as planning?

  6. thanks to all that you liked the post.

  7. Resolution as planning? may be yes. may be not. Depends upon which perception one plans to take.
Its not a planning, if one works upon his/her resolution as a belief. eg, we pray to God, is it a planing? I guess not.
And its a planning, if one take it as duty.

one pray to God with true feelings, coming from within, that's not planning. But if we remember God as a duty, goto temple just because others do, our elders do, or think that's how God will be on our side, in short with some greedy feeling, then its planning.

But it's not important to know weather we think it as planning or not. The most important thing is to finally do what one decided to do. complete one's resolution and not disappoint oneself

  8. Of-course praying to God doesn't count as planning...I don't think anybody takes a resolution like 'this year I'll pray to God'.
As I always say 'its all about believing'...but I guess you made your point.

PS: You wrote "Depends upon which perception one PLANS to take.", lol...oops...haha instead of 'lol'!! :D

  9. well, in hurry i wrote plan, its like- depends upon which perception one wants/wishes to take..But i guess you got the point.

  10. I was just kidding! :)
Actually you made a really nice comparison of planning and praying. As you used to say "never plan", one can very well relate it to this.
Well once again, it's a nice article you've got here...hope you are well on track with your resolutions for this year.

  11. And it's been a long time since we saw some really nice philosophical poetry here on this blog. I would really love to read it!

  12. Amusing Discussion.. LoL!

One never plans a resolution... one merely TAKES a resolution when ONE feels the need for it.

And then... 'One' plans about HOW to realize/accomplish the resolution.

    ReplyDelete
  13. PS: The summary is "One doesn't plan a resolution but plans ACCORDING to his/her resolution about how to realize/accomplish that resolution."

    ReplyDelete
  14. Well, as i said it can be taken both ways. If opting for the side that its not a planning, your perception holds correct, "One doesn't plan a resolution but plans ACCORDING to his/her resolution about how to realize/accomplish that resolution." As you taking pre-resolution period as not planning and post resolution period as planning.
    .agreed.
