I want my answer from Divine!!
Sunset kissed the horizon before my eyes,
steadily bade its goodbye shine,
dreadful thoughts engrossed the mind,
I Gazed above, to question Divine..

Why I failed to see the manifestation,
Of the face of Humanity??
Why  i failed to listen to the composition,
hummed by the yelling mercy....

Cold blooded eyes, is what I see,
Hatred, is what I feel,
Smoke of war, is what I breathe,
Cruel minds seem the only left creed.

Mass destruction, is evident, I see,
The "Dove" can't perch on a single tree...
humanity, now a prisoner of brutality,
tormented by curses and cries..

When desire to breathe is common,
Escorting peace and compassion,
Why develop a picture of life?
Where man turned into a cannibal tribe?

Trust has been assassinated,
Relations lay, deep down buried,
“Orphan”, is now a new religion,
“Darkness”, is now a new vision..

To open eyes in a liberal world,
now seems to be a hopeless dream,
freedom to live for mankind,
now seems to be a punishable crime..

I want my answer from Divine,
why there is no peace in mind??
I want my answer from Divine,
Where is now true mankind??

  2. Well, first of all, it's a terrific poem, that too on a topic considered to be as "boring" by the majority of people.. also, i have erased my prejudice after having engulfed by this piece written by a female!!! girls (albeit, scantily few) like topics of such a genre, eh!!!

lemme try giving the answer to the question u've posed.. it lies in what i consider as the most fundamental notions we humans could ever think of - the theory of relativity...
people are bad, that's the only reason why we hear other people acknowledging, "Adi's gr8!"
had it been the case that all humans were good, then there won't have been any differetiation btwn bad n good, black and white,, ugly and the beautiful...

  3. Also, a part to the answer lies in the theory of Karma, as preached by Lord Krishna...

though i have personally some doubts about it to clarify, but yes, it states that the result of your acts, doings follows Newton's third law... if ye do good, you'll fruitify in the positive and vice versa...

  4. Lastly, it's the effervescent, infinite, unhampered ether or the Brahm... the notion of advaita, implies that everything, the abad and the good, light and dark are sourced from a single thing, ether according to Einstein and Brahm as per Vedanta...

  5. I see a quintessential restlessness, which is evident whenever a thoughtful person (like ye) is subjected to questions, "Why were we created? For what purpose? Is God out there?"
And rightfully, it seems, you've aversed from thinking about them...

Pray! Why be so worrisome? Afterall, the world still has people like ye... that's why it's a "beautiful world"...
